Raj and Sean O’Rourke—our new CEO—journeyed to Jalisco, Mexico, in pursuit of the most exceptional tequilas in the region for our House of Vintages.
They visited distinguished distillers and acclaimed agave farms across the highlands and lowlands. Specifically, they were searching for a producer whose distillate would marry well with Armagnac casks for a vintage extra Añejo tequila we aim to age in our ancient brandy casks.
Our fearless leaders made long-lasting relationships in the region—and their efforts will reward curious spirits lovers when a BHAKTA Vintage Tequila sees release in the coming years.
