A family man and successful businessman unfulfilled by what this world alone had to offer purchased a college campus with a vague vision of the above. He and his family have dedicated themselves and their business to serving the mission. They are seeking to attract the many necessary to spark an American and Catholic revival.

The vision is to transform our idyllic campus home into a beacon of Catholic education and community. Grounded in Faith, we have what so many idealists and dreamers do not; practical business sense and a peerless array of assets. We can start with our home on a classic New England college campus in Poultney, VT. From which we can concentrate initial efforts demonstrating and propagating the good life.

We have an inspired suite of brands though which to further endow the mission, as well as access to thousands of acres of farmland upon which to grow all the inputs we will need to make hand-crafted, field-to-table products.
